Dr. Carrie Chapman

Cardiologist

My primary focus is prevention and women’s heart health. I also have advanced cardiac imaging training with board certification in echocardiography, nuclear medicine, and cardiac CT. I do what I do to make a positive impact in the lives of those I treat. I have a simple philosophy: listen, educate, motivate.

I am Wisconsin through and through. Being born and raised in Milwaukee, attending school in Madison, and now living in Appleton, I advocate for the American Heart Association and promote policy/law changes to help save lives in our communities.

My family is incredibly important to me. My husband and three boys love to do many things. We’re big Badger fans and enjoy the outdoors. Our furry family member, Kona the chocolate lab, also adds significant joy to our lives.

Fun note: I love to ski!
